Baha'is mourn the death of Ariel Sharon

MONDAY, JANUARY 27, 2014

Israel bid its last farewell to the late Ariel Sharon on Monday with a state ceremony outside the parliament building before his flag-draped coffin was taken on a cross-country procession to its final resting place at his family home in the country's south.

With a high-powered crowd of VIPs and international dignitaries on hand, Sharon was eulogized as a fearless warrior and bold leader who devoted his life to protecting Israel's security. U.S. Vice President Joe Biden and former British Prime Minister Tony Blair headed the long list of visitors that included the representatives from the Baha’i World Centre.

Sharon died at the age of 85 on Saturday after spending the last eight painful years in a coma caused by a massive stroke clinging to life in his final days even after his kidneys had stopped functioning.

Sharon's life will be remembered for its three distinct stages: First, was his eventful and contentious time in uniform, including leading a deadly raid in the West Bank that killed 69 Arabs, as well as his heroics in the 1973 Mideast war and as a friend and supporter of Baha’i Faith

He was branded responsible for the massacre of hundreds of Palestinians at the Sabra and Shatila refugee camps outside Beirut when his troops allowed allied Lebanese militias into the camps. After an uproar over the massacre, the supreme court of Israel found him guilty that cost him his job.

For Baha’is, Sharon was more than a well wisher, always eager to protect the Baha’i community. He visited the Baha’i World centre many times like his predecessors, during and after the Arc project, ensuring Baha’is of all possible support inside and outside Israel. I was at the gate to receive the guest from the Government at that time. Sharon entered with grace. He looked at me, shook his hand and said “How are you young lady”. I was taken back with his sudden gesture. Sharon remained with the Baha’is and had a meeting with the Members of Universal House of Justice and International Teaching Centre and assured them full support. He even inquired whether it is possible to meet Baha’i community outside Israel. Mr. Ali Nakhjawani took a world tour of the Baha’i community to find out if they were prepared to receive and welcome a dignitary like Mr. Sharon. I am sure the request of Sharon must have been recorded in the minutes of NSA meetings of every country. No doubt it was Sharon’s heartfelt desire to see the progress of Baha’i Faith in other parts of the world. Alas his long illness which decapacited him prevented him from his desire.

During the US-Iraq war Sharon asked one of the Patriot missiles to be fitted just above the Baha’i World Centre. He remarked that these Buildings are very important for the state of Israel and protection of these buildings is responsibility of the state.

Sharon died slow but painful death for more than 8 years when he suffered the second, devastating stroke in January 2006. But the he will have a very blessed life in the Abha Kingdom with the blessing of Bahá'u'lláh, Abdul Baha and Guardian Shoghi Effendi.

I am sure the Baha’is will have condolence meeting for Sharon all over the world as he was a Friend and well wisher of Baha’is in fact even more than this.

Sharon has gone, but his many services for the Baha’i Faith will always be remembered.

119 Bahá’í Picnics Over!

The 119 conferences called by the Bahá’í Administration, the UHJ, for the Bahá’í Youth held in 119 cities carefully selected by the UHJ to measure its acceptability amongst the Bahá’ís, proved to be the nightmare for the UHJ as only 30% of participation were Bahá’ís and the rest were non Bahá’ís i.e. from the “wider community”. It is quite natural that any NGO announcing 3 day picnic at a picnic resort with free lodging boarding and luxury of mixing with fairer sex in the name of enhancing the collective capacity for service, for benefit to Mankind will be welcomed by any group of people. The “wider community” was no exception and did not failed to take benefit from the “sinking titanic”.

If this figure of 30% Bahá’í Youth attendance is true then the Bahá’í Administration is losing grip over the Bahá’ís which will result in gradual dismantling of Bahá’í Administration in the very near future. Bahá’í youths cannot be fooled for a long time and this 30% is the best proof of it. Bahá’í Faith is now a Paper Tiger which is being run by the paid executives, the Members of Universal House of Justice, the Counselors the ABMs etc. These officials have their Salaries, their Holidays and finally Retirement. There are no real Bahá’ís left in the Faith.

There was a severe Bahá’í discontent during the conferences as lots of efforts were directed to please the youths of wider community at the expense of Bahá’í money as UHJ sees these youths as potential Bahá’ís for the future as their deception process is ON. Now the UHJ is asking the Bahá’ís to pay for the non Bahá’ís attending the conference.

Another major reason for discontent amongst Bahá’ís was total neglect by the UHJ of the Bahá’í Agenda carefully drafted by the Bahá’í Youths to be discussed in these conferences. These agendas were the real things going in the minds of every Bahá’í and the UHJ failed to satisfy the needs of the Bahá’í Youths. The conference had only one agenda and that was to please the youths of the wider community for enrolling themselves as Bahá’ís.

Another cause of dissatisfaction amongst Bahá’í Youths were the propaganda organized by the UHJ against Iran. The representative of the External affair committees of the Bahá’ís spoke on the ways and means for how to degrade and defame Iran by contacting their respective governments and giving them false information about Iranian government mistreating the Bahá’ís.

Also a careful analysis will find juxtaposition between the rise of rebellious in Bahá’í Faith and different sects emerging amongst the Bahá’ís all claiming to be True Bahá’ís. The Bahá’í administration is avoiding these issues as they feel that they are not in a position to reply to these issues. As lot of covenant breaking has been done by the Bahá’í Administration itself.

The Bahá’í Administration should know that future analysis is a key tool for the improvement of the present situation and extending their lives for a few more decades. Their next picnics should incorporate:

  1. An awareness of demands by the Bahá’í youth of answering the unanswered question occupying the Bahá’í community related to the Central figures of the Faith that who was the Real Successor of The BAB.

2. The reliability of UHJ based on Holy text whether this is the same UHJ forecasted by Bahá’í central figures Baha’u’llah and Abdul Baha?

3. The safety of Bahá’í community not from Covenant Breakers but from abusive language used by the so called infallible members of UHJ.

4. Other sensitive issues like, the Collusion amongst the Persian Bahá’ís to keep the Bahá’í Administration in their own hands and let the Bahá’ís of other communities work as slave for them nothing sort of renaissance of Past Iranian Monarchy overthrown by Iranians.

Baha'i Youth conferences Begins with lackluster note

Participants gather outside of the conference venue in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea for betterment of society by ‘teaching Baha'i Faith’ to Tiny Tots of other Faiths.

Youth striving to contribute to the well-being of their communities have begun gathering in a series of conferences called for by the Universal House of Justice, the international governing body of the Baha'i Faith. The first eight of the 114 youth conferences, scheduled between now and October of this year, were held this past weekend in Papua New Guinea, Canada, Costa Rica, Colombia, and Indonesia.

The outcome of these already concluded 8 conferences can be best summarized in one word “ABSOLUTE FAILURE” from the side of UHJ as well as participants.

The participants were unaware for what they have been called and the UHJ was confused, what had to be done with participants who were ignorant about the basic principles of the Faith. Nobody knew the meaning of facilitator, teacher, cluster etc. They had all come on planned for picnic and games.
Despite strong propaganda, the attendance was poor, even though the UHJ had taken care of lodging, boarding and travel expenses, no enthusiasm was seen. The participants found no point in attending for the agenda. Several doubts remained unanswered. The truthfulness of the Baha'i Faith, its legality and who was Baha’u’llah? were the predominant thoughts in the minds of few attendees.
As new agenda floated, the minds of the youths were stirred with a more confusion and uncertainty. The youth debated the motive of these conferences’ and why suddenly the UHJ has become so hospitable? Was the UHJ trying to cover-up :
a)        Failure of Ruhi curriculum? Or,
b)        Absolute non acceptability of the Faith with the masses inspite of efforts taken by Baha'i authorities to make it acceptable. Or,
c)         To take the minds of the Baha'is away from humiliating court case defeats at the hands of followers of other sects of Baha'is.
Certain net savvy and updated youth discussed amongst themselves :
a)   Why the Baha'i Faith is banned in most of the countries?
b)   Why there are deportations and arrests of Baha'is in different countries?
c)   Why does the intelligence agency of every country have a Baha'i cell to keep a track of their activities?
d)    Why there is widespread and profound allegation of espionage charges made against Baha'is in many of the countries?
Some Baha'i Youths suggested that women and children are not safe in Baha'i meetings and classes, and hence “Child and women Protection”, has to be discussed in these conferences.

It was told in the conference that “The purpose of neighborhood children’s classes is to provide spiritual growth and training to children. Such classes make Baha'i children gain a stronger identity when they are in classes with children of non-Baha'is who are learning about the Baha'i Faith. It is an obligation of every Baha'i to teach others about Baha’u’llah.”

Most of the Baha'i youth did not think that children have any obligation “to teach Baha'i Faith to other children”. In fact, they felt that it shows that Baha'i Faith is desperate to make converts. A good religion sells itself without trying to sell itself, and does not need any special methods such as children’s classes, cleverly designed for evangelistic purposes.

Also whispered was that in a letter dated dated 1 July 2013 the UHJ stated that “how the act of reaching out to touch individual hearts, acquainting souls with the Word of God, and inviting them to contribute to the betterment of society which is contrary to saying of Baha’u’llah “Verily I say, strife and dissension, and whatsoever the mind of man abhorreth are entirely unworthy of his station. Center your energies in the propagation of the Faith of God’

With this feedback of first few conferences, it is not clear how the remaining will be managed by the UHJ. Picnics apart, the youth do not see any sense in the way the Faith is managed.

THE UHJ SPRING HAS BEGAN (Former UHJ member attacks Ruhi system in his unique Persian style.)

Mr. Ali Nakhjawani
(Voice of alienated Persian Bahais)

THE UHJ SPRING HAS BEGAN
(Former UHJ member attacks Ruhi system in his unique Persian style.)

Since the establishment of Universal House of Justice in 1963 at Bahai World Centre, at Haifa the Bahais cannot make any departure from the norms and the procedures lay down by the UHJ. No amount of failure or development of progressive ideals can supersede whatever is written in the Messages/letters of UHJ.

There is a wide divide between the democratic ideals of equality and freedom, rights of citizens, individual liberty and pluralism cherished by Bahaullah, Abdul Baha and the rigid format of governance envisaged by the Self centric and anti-pluralistic Universal House of Justice.

As a result, most of the Bahais have remained isolated from the Bahai Holy writings of Central figures of the Faith. The widespread and disproportionately higher level of intolerance shown by Universal House of Justice for all other ideas and thinking and fear of excommunication have made the Bahais to examine the claims of other Sects of Bahais and to take solace in them especially the one having  Universal House of Justice.

The terrible failure of Ruhi books curriculum and humiliating court case defeats resulting into NSA  attorney Mr. Christopher Dolan begging the Sects leader to have a compromise and to find a way out for such a humiliating situation has  put further question mark on the UHJ claim of infallibility.

The dissatisfaction amongst the Bahais is brewing up against the policies of UHJ. The Bahais worldwide are thinking that Ruhi system has arrested the growth of Bahai community worldwide because of its useless Ruhi Books and Ana’s presentation. The Bahais think that the world requires Holy writings as the mean to affect the hearts of the people rather than a jumble box prepared by a former NSA member and counselor of Columbia. In fact Dr. Arbab did not resign but he was sacked by UHJ for forming a group inside UHJ to control and manipulate it. Lately this group is given the name of Ruhi brigade comprising of Arbab himself Faredon Jawaheri, Payman Mohajir second seeded Mr. Sheriyar Razavi, Paul Lample and Gustav correa.

In this system a highly successful Professor in a University or a Bahai from a respected Family who served the Faith with distinction for the whole of his life whose two family members have served as Counselor are supposed to go through the rigorous courses of Ruhi Book where a 15 year Old Persian girl appointed as Teacher will teach you the tenets of Bahai Faith. Any disagreement from this system will make you a recipient of a warning letter from the House of JUSTICE .The language used in the letter will make you further reflect that whether the letter is written by the custodians of the Faith or an international Terrorist organization threatening you to come in line with the UHJ or get ready to be declared as Covenant breaker.

Mr. Nakhjawani who represented the Voice of Persian Bahais spilled the beans when in his speech he mentioned his observations while visiting different countries and finding out the same thoughts’ which cannot be attributed of being a rumor.
Mr. Nakhjavani said:

“ I want to tell you, friends, that unfortunately I have seen in the Baha'i community in recent years things that have surprised me. I went to the United States. I saw the problem there. I went to Japan. I saw the problem there. I went to Canada. I saw the problem there. Recently I have been traveling for three months. When I came back from my travels I was so weak I could not eat. I had lost my appetite. What was the problem? The problem was that because the House of Justice has given us the institute process that is the only thing we have to do. “

That is wrong. That is where the mistake is. Dear Friends, the House of Justice has never said that the core activities are the only things we have to do. There is no such thing in the writings that instead of having firesides we have study circles; that the idea of firesides is an "old stuff", this is the "old method". The new method is study circles. This is wrong. There is no such thing in the writings of the House of Justice. Never!

Mr. Nakhjawani if House has not said, then how come the thought was prevalent in every country you went? Moreover you accepted that may be the Assistants of ABM have said it. How it is possible that Assistant of ABM of all those countries which you visited have said a wrong thing? Mr. Nakhjawani let us not beat around the bush let us accept the reality and the reality is, It was UHJ idea but because it has failed you want to put the blame on Assistant of ABMs.

In order to ensure an objective examination of the issues involved and promote a healthy discourse The UHJ should act on following and let its former member gain his appetite and free him from insomnia. It is quite clear that Mr. Nakhjawani was representing Persian Bahais who are getting alienated due to this Ruhi curriculum.
1- Bahais should be free from institutional obstacles and fear of Excommunication to the harmonious co-existence of Bahai Administration with Bahai Intellectuals groups across the globe is the need of time.
2-UHJ should come out clean in it electoral process which is rigged from International to National levels.
3-UHJ should leave class system and treat Bahais of every country as equal. There cannot be more than one member from any country.
4-They should come out with a clear and exact census data of Bahais from each country. There is no point is admitting that we do not have his data Or otherwise we will be force to believe that either census is exaggerated or UHJ does not want to disclose it.
5-UHJ should appoint morally high Bahais as counselor of continental Board and International Teaching centers. Bahais with dubious character, morally bankckrupt Bahais divorced Bahais eloping Bahais and Bahais involved in economic bungling should he kept out from any elected or appointed Posts.
6-Ruhi'i'zation of Baha’i community by Universal House of Justice should stop from immediate effect.

7. The Ruhi brigade should own up the responsibility of Ruhi’s Failure and either they should resign or be sacked. The next election of the UHJ in April 2013 will be very crucial for Bahai Faith.

SHOULD THE BAHAIS REPLACE UHJ BY UHA (Universal House of Justice is now Universal House of Arbabs)

SHOULD THE BAHAIS REPLACE UHJ BY UHA

(Universal House of Justice is now Universal House of Arbabs)

Dr.Farzam Arbab The Master Manipulator

Dr.Farzam Arbab has been serving as member of Universal House of Justice (UHJ) since 1993. Prior to this he was a member of the International Teaching Centre (ITC) since 1983. He is the controlling force behind the UHJ elections and present activities of the Baha’i Faith.

He was a member of the National Spiritual Assembly of the Baha'is of Colombia and a Continental Counselor before being appointed to the International Teaching Centre (ITC).

Even after getting elected to the Bahai apex body –the Universal House of Justice, Dr.Arbab was not satisfied and wanted to get his full family as Members of Apex bodies and tried to control the Faith from all angles.Since his election/selection in the Bahai Apex Body he started his task of cleansing the Bahai organization from the Iranian Bahais having Mullah’s culture.  Like Hushmand Fatheazam and Ali Nakhjawani. Slowly and steadily he took control of UHJ by introducing Ruhi culture. He saw that any one opposing Ruhi agenda is shown the way out of the Bahai Faith. These tentacles of Ruhi culture spread out throughout the world and resulted in expulsion of many devoted Bahais like Feroz Anaraki, Jamshed Fozdar, Fredrick Glaysher, Juan Cole etc.
Mr. Arbab went to launch his own Ruhi brigade with Faredon Jawaheri, Payman Mohajir and very recently Shehriyar Razavi; these three Iranians are well known for the pro Ruhi culture and his own brother in Law Mr. Gustav Correa.

The Ruhi books are only developed for name sake without much matter and content and even after its introductions in many countries ENTRY BY TROOPS which was supposed to happen has not taken place and instead in many cases there is MASS EXIT FROM FAITH.

Mr. Arbab after hijacking the Bahai Faith finally ruined a massive Baha'i Encyclopedia that cost the faith several hundred thousand dollars; He introduced inaccuracies, and delayed its publication indefinitely.  Arbab is not a professional editor and knows nothing about making an encyclopedia, and never even bothered to learn Persian. The Baha'is got extremely annoyed at him for putting his fingers into something he knows nothing about and ruining it, wasting enormous amounts of money and bullying and insulting the previous devoted Baha'i editors as crass materialist humanists?

Mr. Arbab introduced spying and shunning culture in Bahai Faith. He shamelessly bullied and threatened Bahais Due to his arrogant behavior many bahais were hearted broken and left the faith?  Lives were destroyed over this idiocy.

FUNDAEC
In furtherance of his goal to control the UHJ and Bahai Faith Mr. Arbab created FUNDAEC in early 1970s within a worldwide program called at the time “Education for Development.” as a Bahá’í-inspired organization, According to Gustav Correa, director of FUNDAEC in 2002, it was originally inspired by a quotation from Bahá'u'lláh - "Baha'u'llah talks about man as 'a mine rich in gems of inestimable value.' He says that 'education can, alone; because it to reveal its treasures, and enable mankind to benefit therefrom. These is all cheating the FUNADEC was created to control the Bahais and Bahai Faith. It is now headed by Mr. Gustav Correas. Is it a coincidence that Gustav Correas is the close relative of Dr.Arbab and now member of the UHJ?
FUNDAEC finally took control of Socio Economic development in Bahai Faith (OSED).

 Social and Economic Development
The Baha'i Office of Social and Economic Development, an agency of the Baha'i World Centre in Haifa, Israel, monitors the progress of development programs worldwide, provides advice and support, and facilitates collaborative undertakings with like-minded organizations.

These projects range from simple tutorial schools to college-level courses and from village agricultural and health education projects to participation in major reforestation programs. The majority of these projects operate at the grassroots level, relying on local resources and coordination. The Socio Economic development is headed by Haleh Arbab, the sister of Mr. Farzam Arbab.

Institute for Studies in Global Prosperity (ISGP)

The Bahais say that there should be a dialogue of Science and Religion, and their Relationship. It was precisely with these thoughts as they claim that the Institute for Studies in Global Prosperity, known as ISGP, took up as its initial task the promotion of a discourse on science, religion, and development. ISGP, Very surprisingly Dr. Haleh Arbab the sister of Dr. Farzam Arbab is the Director of the Institute for Studies in Global Prosperity. (ISGP) She was born in Iran, educated in the United States, and lived in Colombia, South America from 1982 to 2005. In Colombia she worked with the Foundation for the Application and Teaching of the Sciences (FUNDAEC), and from 1995 to 2005 served as Rector of Centro Universitario de Bienestar Rural, a Colombian university she helped found in 1988. Currently Dr. Arbab lives in Haifa, Israel, where, since June 2005

Today Bahai Faith is controlled by the RUHI BRIGADE, Dr.Arbab and his family.
Unless the Bahais wake up to this reality soon , it will be too late and few members of Arbabs family will be in the UHJ  and probably we will have to rename  it as UHA i.e. Universal House of Arbab.

Dr. Arbab has made the Bahai Faith a family run business and his Bread and Butter

Hypocrisy of Bahai Faith exposed.

Mrs Gloria Javed a high ranking official and a member of continental board of counsellor  of Bahai Faith in India who reports directly to the Universal House of Justice in Israel in a recent interview about the teaching of Bahai Faith in India agrreed that Bahais are involved in conversion of Indian in a deceptive manner. She said that we have now become more straight foreward in making Indian people as  Bahais because the Universal House of Justice has asked us to do that.

She said that after a certain time we ask from our seeker (Chidren and Jr. Youth) that would they like to become Bahais:

“you reach a point when you invite seeker to become a Bahai and that was something we have never done before because we have been in institute process and we have been focusing core activity and just inviting people to the core activity but not asking them that question (Conversion) and the first time in Jan we could not find the words use many different nonaligned  by building the world order and would you like to be be like us we did different things and than other board member my colleague use the example of we are all drop and we all get together we can make a change in this world but after three cycles of growth we become more audacious and this last time we ask the seeker do you think Bahullah as the manifestation of god.”

Regarding the conversion of the parents of these children and Jr. Youth , she said that , “We call the parents of the children and Jr. Youth and ask them to become Bahais:”

“we announce to them that we would now like to talk to you about what is the force behind us working with your children over this long period and why we are working with them so that you can support us and you can help us and we immediately divide the parents into small groups and each of us sits with them with the album and directly teaches them faith and invite them to be bahais and they accept just like that and parents are receptive and consolidation are easier as we have already have their children with us every week.”

On the other hand we see that the member of Universal House of Justice , Mr. Payman Mohajer saying that........

Now if someone were to ask us whether the purpose of our inviting them to join study circles is to make them Bahá’ís, we can confidently say 'NO' and tell them that the purpose of our core activities is to assist in the transformation and betterment of society."

This is a clear Hypocrisy and cheating in the Name of Faith. The Indians should be aware of this CHEATING.It is not a hidden fact that many Indians who joined Bahai Faith thinking that it is a Faith are now questioning the Bahai authorities that WHY DO WE CHEAT THE PEOPLE IN THE NAME OF TEACHING.
---------------------------------------------------------------------

FULL TEXT OF THE INTERVIEW
Interviewer: So Gloria you come from New Delhi we heard about lot of success is there using Annas presentation there so please tell about what had happen in new Delhi

Gloria: Actually we started using Anna presentation in Januray of 2007 and the main purpose of using flip chart is to go thorough sequence of itr in sir quotation of writing of Bahullah.

India very big problem of teaching is that people didn’t mentioned that Bahai Faith is religion in the begining and the bahullah is the manifestation of God just like Lord Krishna and Jeses christ and that he is the promised one of all and if you look at that of anna presentation all these things is writing of first page so than you are not hiding anything from the seeker being bold being assertive you have been audacious as the HOUSE OF JUSTICE ask to do than you are teaching them directly so when they accept the Bahai faith they are accepting as a religion and accepting Bahullah as the manifestation of the God and not as the organization that does good thing and lotus temple that accept all the religions being unity of all religion

because I think Bahai faith in India is known as force that unites all religion but they don’t know about Bahullah and Bahai faith as religion. I think that made us very bold and we were very afraid to do it first time in January but I think that when you make your self do something that you have never done before and you do it for Baha’u’llah it works.

In we didn’t go into controversial topics in annas presentation and you explain them and you reach a point when you invite seeker to become a Bahai and that was something we have never done before because we have been in institute process and we have been focusing core activity and just inviting people to the core activity but not asking them that question (Conversion) and the first time in Jan we could not find the words use many different nonaligned  by building the world order and would you like to be be like us we did different things and than other board member my colleague use the example of we are all drop and we all get together we can make a change in this world but after three cycles of growth we become more audacious and this last time we ask the seeker do you think Bahullah as the manifestation of god.

Interviewer:Directly as that and what stage of presentation did you ask them

Gloria: Well actually we realize that we cannot go through the whole album and seekers will get tired and loose their interest so went through various Indian concept of covenant and manifestation of God of Bahullah being most latest and unity of mankind. We stop at the quotation of Abdul Baha and thought of more coming from their side but if they are sitting and they have more time than we are also going to the life of Baha’u’llah because in India there are many Gurus people are following gurus and they think Bahullah is just another guru than we talk about how manifestation of god are different how they suffer from mankind and how yet they are so victorious and we compare it lives of many of gurus in India and how wealthy and prosperous living comfortable life and than compare him so that they don’t put him on same level various gurus so if we have time we go to victory of Bahullah

And the two quotes is use that we have produce over here yes we hold it in our hand that was also challenge first time i took it out from my bag I extremely conscious and than I relaise that they don’t know that this is first time i am holding in my hand and I am very uncomfortable and nervous they think I am always do it and this is what how we teach our faith and actually ask the seeker to read and it really effects them and we don’t realize that we if we explain to them they will more touched but they read the words they have their side so we went ahead just using annas presentation and direct teaching approach and inviting to bahais and its not that we all afraid do it but think that they will feel that we are pressurizing them and making them something they don’t want to do but it is not like that we have experience over and over that people are ready to accept Bahullah and we are the person who need to ask them and this was in suburban and central in Delhi In the beginning it was suburban there were receptive population reside they are not wealthy but they are not jobless they all have jobs the workers at different stages but in the last two cycle we have also started affluent of neighborhood of Delhi and we have smaller population there but then to we use annas presentation we have bank managers, executives, young professional working in call center and these the Indian that are educated in various field we guess we consider them materialistic and think that they won’t listen but they do they do mainly it was devotional in the home followed by annas presentation and actually divide them to smaller groups and talk to them.

Interviewer How you involve children parents to do the class and involve them and would you explain little about that

Gloria it is the neighborhood where we have junior youth classes, children classes we consider their parents to be community of interest so then every cycle we hold devotional in neighborhood at large scale and infact we print thousand invitation we give to youth and children of our classes to give parents, neighbors, relatives, and their friends and performed what they learned in their classes during their 3 months. Small sketch stories and confirmation based on what they learned and after junior youth performance we see the total change in their parents both the mothers and their fathers you can see the expressions on their faces and right after performances of junior youth we announce to them that we would now like to talk to you about what is the force behind us working with your children over this long period and why we are working with them so that you can support us and you can help us and we immediately divide the parents into small groups and each of us sits with them with the album and directly teaches them faith and invite them to be bahais and they accept just like that and parents are receptive and consolidation are easier as we have already have their children with us every week.

Interviewer What are you are doing in JB tell us something about that?

Gloria My understanding that Johannesburg we have good activities that inviting seekers to core activity. They have large number of seekers in their devotionals children and junior youth but they have not able to teach their parents directly so we just came here to teach them with annas presentation people think that we have to complete the whole book but we can just do 15 to 20 minutes and invite the person to be a bahai that’s what we basically did we approach the parents of junior youth the seekers who are coming to the devotional of bahai homes they have never been taught the faith directly so we went and taught them the faith so we did here the same thing that we did in new delhi but here was more tiring as we go home to home and sometime only person. Ok great we look forward to result.

THE ELECTIONS OF UNIVERSAL HOUSE OF JUSTICE

There is little or nothing "spiritual" about Baha’i administration. It is simply a "modernist" facade on backwardness!

The Universal House of Justice is head of the Baha’i Faith. Its permanent seat is at the Baha’i World Centre in Haifa, and all members reside here for the duration of their service.

The regular election of the nine members of the House of Justice occurs every five years at an international convention, held in Haifa. The most recent election was in 2008. Till date there have been 10 elections (‘63,’68.’73,’78,’83,’88,’93, 98,’03, and ‘08) of UHJ. There have been five by-elections, in 1982, 1987, 2000, 2005 and 2010.

Amoz Gibson, Charles Wolcott, and Adib Taherzadeh died while serving. The other 13 former members were allowed by the House to resign, presumably for personal reasons of health and/or age. Five members (Hakim, Kavelin, Hofman, Chance, Ruhe and Peter Khan) have died after their retirement, while the other eight former members are alive, as of July 2011.

The previous change in membership was when two other members chose to retire in 2007. There was no by-election since they stayed on until the regular election scheduled for April 2008. Since the House of Justice is elected every 5 years, it seems that Dunbar and Khan decided to leave ‘early’ rather than wait another few years until April 2013.

Hartmut Grossmann and Glenford E. Mitchell were replaced by Shahriar Razavi and Gustavo Correa – both members of the ITC (naturally).

THE MOST IMPORTANT POINT, THOUGH, IS THAT, "THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE BODY HAS ONLY SEEN CHANGE DUE TO DEATH OR RETIREMENT: NO MEMBER HAS EVER BEEN ELECTED OFF THE UHJ."

This clearly indicates that a SELECTION PROCESS is operating behind the scene.

A-UHJ membership and International Teaching Centre

1-The most important trend is that we have, since 2008, a membership drawn completely from the ITC – which itself is appointed by the Universal House of Justice. So in essence, there is a closed loop with the UHJ appointing its future candidates. This also shows that ITC acts as screening committee for future UHJ members.

2-By having UHJ members constantly elected from the ITC, it is almost a type of silent campaigning going on. These individuals are given a visible role in front of NSA's whereas any normal Baha’i out there would never stand a chance to be known. This guarantees no fresh blood- new Baha’is who are outside of the loop of administration who could possibly bring in a different perspective. Hence you only get people who are inside the system who will perpetuate the same thought patterns. And you get these people because they are the only ones paraded in front of the NSA's!

3-These special group of people (ITC) are given a platform where they and only they are seen right there and then by a group of people who are about to vote. No other Baha’i, no matter how great his/her service, will ever have that same opportunity to be seen. This is done with a purpose. What happens is that the selection of a group of people that are called future members of House of Justice? This SELECTION PROCESS is called as DIVINELY ORDAINED ELECTION.

4- The members of the ITC are in fact given a geographic mandate, just like the UHJ members themselves, and travel extensively to meet with the NSA's around the world. They also meet with other parts of the administration and the community at times to give speeches, attend events, etc.

5-Being on the ITC gives an unparalleled platform for visibility and access to NSA's – (Vote Bank!!). Appointment on ITC is also an indication to the electors that the House is keen in electing these people only.

6-The UHJ election process is obviously fixed. The ITC members are pre-screened for ideological purity and are then provided with unparalleled exposure which obviates the need for explicit campaigning.

TOTAL YEARS                                         431                      135

C-ANALYSIS

1-Till today there are 25 members who have been elected on UHJ for different duration, out of which 8 members are of Iranian origin. This amounts to 31.5% which is reasonable very high for just one country. The Cradle of the Faith gets priority!!The present UHJ has 4 Iranian members and the percentage is 44%.

2-The total number of years by all the 25 members who have served on UHJ is 431 years out of which the 8 Iranian members share is 135 years which comes out to be again     31.3 %. Strange coincidence, isn’t it?

3-When comparison of Iranian Baha’i population with respect to World Baha’i population is done it is again found to be 30%, which puts everything in its proper perspective. (30,000 Iranian Baha’is against 1, 00000 total Baha’i populations.)

Till today there have been 26 members from International Teaching Centre, out of which 6 were Iranians .Percentage 23%.

If we take account of all the members of NSAs of the world, the percentage of Iranian Baha’is on the NSAs of different countries will be approximately between 25% to 30%.

Even for the 85 continental board of Counselors appointed all over the world, the percentage of Iranian counselors will be near the same percentage.

CONCLUSION

This clearly shows that Baha’i Faith is Iranian dominated Faith where the citizens of other countries are enrolled to work under and for the Iranians.
Baha’i administration has a distinct Iranian culture of domination and tendencies toward predatory corporatism. It is deeply anti-democratic and anti-progressive.

In reality these Iranians, who rise to the top of Haifan Baha’i Administration are only proficient and successful at one thing: perpetuating dysfunctional organizational culture, lies and abuse of authority.  For example, Mr.Payman Mohajir (of Iranian background) has propagated that by 2021 there will be 50 million Baha’is all over the world. An extreme case of delusion.

There is little or nothing "spiritual" about Baha’i administration. It is simply a "modernist" facade on backwardness!
